Daniel Johnson, then executive vice president of public services at KPMG Consulting (later to become executive vice president and COO of Anteon Corp.) testified before the House Subcommittee on Technology and Procurement Policy. He was there to voice KPMG Consulting's support for H.R. 4629, a bill calling for the establishment of a program to encourage innovative homeland security solutions. The bill was sponsored by Virginia Congressman Tom Davis.
